The filter protects the central unit’s engine from dust. It is made of polyester and is suitable for Aldes C.Axpir Initia and C.Axpir Comfort units.

The filter is washable under running water (max 30°). Any other form of washing (washing machine, high pressure, use of detergent, etc.) should be avoided.
If the filter is damaged, it must be replaced.

Depending on how often you use your central vacuum unit, and to maintain its performance, we recommend changing the filter at least every 3 years.
Regular filter changes will ensure that your unit lasts longer.

In the case of a central vacuum unit fitted with a bag system, the filter should be changed more frequently.
