We offer 24-48 hour delivery throughout France for all orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to working days and transportation contingencies.

In-store pickup

You can also pick up your order directly at our store. Our shop is located in Garidech, Haute-Garonne.

Pick-ups are available without an appointment from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:30 PM, and from 2:30 PM to 6:15 PM.

How are the delivery costs determined?

The delivery costs are determined based on a pricing grid that takes into account the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination and chosen carrier.

How to track my package?

After your order is confirmed, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number and a link. With this, you can track the progress of your order at any time.

What should I do if my package is damaged upon delivery?
  • If your package is damaged upon receipt, open it in the presence of the carrier and note the observed anomalies on the driver’s delivery receipt.

What are the delivery costs set at?

Delivery costs are offered for purchases over 350€ in mainland France. Below this amount, the delivery rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the product, as well as the chosen destination and carrier. For further explanation, you can refer to our pricing grid.

How to return my package?

If your product is under warranty, please call us at +33 so that we can arrange the return procedure at our expense.

If your product is not under warranty and you wish to return it to us, the return shipping will be at your expense. You can either request an exchange or a refund.
