How to benefit from the warranty?

To benefit from the unlimited new exchange warranty for 5 years, follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose your central vacuum system and click on “add to cart.”
  2. Go to your cart to select your warranty options.
  3. The “new exchange warranty” option is automatically checked: if you want to benefit from it, leave the box checked.
  4. You can now proceed to checkout.
  5. To continue, you need to log in or register if you are a new customer.
  6. Select your preferred mode of transportation.
  7. Complete your order by making the payment.
  8. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address.

How does it work?

Download the invoice on France Aspiration

  • Log in to your customer account.
  • Print or download it as a PDF on your computer.

Notify France Aspiration about the breakdown of the central unit

  • Contact our phone support at 05.34.27.08.92 (toll-free number).
  • Our advisors are available Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM (excluding public holidays).
  • You can also send an email to contact@franceaspiration.com.

Return the central unit

  • After the malfunction of the central unit is confirmed by France Aspiration, you will receive a prepaid Colissimo label by email to return your unit free of charge.
  • You can then send your package by post.

Receiving the new central unit

  • After the diagnosis is confirmed, you will receive an identical replacement central unit.
  • If the exact model is no longer available, you will receive a replacement unit with similar functionalities.

Questions about the warranty?

How is the value of the central vacuum system determined?

If the same central unit is still available, its value will be the France Aspiration’s price including taxes (TTC) at the time of the exchange. In the case where the same central unit is no longer available, France Aspiration will guide you towards a unit with similar functionalities based on availability.

If my new central unit also malfunctions, is it also covered by the new exchange warranty?

Yes, the replacement central unit remains under warranty for the remaining period.

For example, if your first central unit malfunctions after 2 years, your replacement unit will still be covered under the new exchange warranty for another 3 years.

Is it possible to exchange for a different and more expensive central unit than the malfunctioning one?

Yes, you would just need to pay the price difference. The new central unit will be covered by the new exchange warranty for the remaining period and within the limit of the originally insured central unit’s replacement.
