To place an order for an item from our catalog, you first need to add it to your cart. To do so, once you have selected the item, simply click on “Add to Cart,” and it will be automatically added. You can repeat this process for each new item you wish to order. You can view and modify the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” icon in the menu bar or by using the “Your Cart” window located in the top right corner.

We provide delivery within 24/48 hours throughout France for orders placed before 2:00 PM, subject to working days and transport contingencies.

Our shipping times depend on the ordered items, their availability, and your chosen payment method. Products that are permanently out of stock are removed from our catalog as soon as we become aware of the stock shortage.

Please note that our administrative processing of orders is carried out from Monday to Friday. Therefore, our services are closed on weekends and public holidays.

You have two options to return a defective product:

1. Visit our store directly, bringing your purchase invoice with you.
2. Return the item by mail. We reserve the right to refuse any package with inadequate packaging. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice or delivery note, along with the confirmation email for the return authorization.
